WELCOME TO DAVID K. LAURITZEN, P.C.

David K. Lauritzen received his law degree cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1977 and his LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law School in 1978. His areas of practice include estate planning, probate, tax, employee benefits, retirement planning, elder law, and mediation. Mr. Lauritzen has been certified as an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and has been certified by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as a Certified Elder Law Attorney. His experience and expertise is sought throughout the state of Utah. Mr. Lauritzen has been a speaker and panelist in several forums on estate planning, tax, elder law, and retirement issues.

Mediation is also an area of focus for David K. Lauritzen, P.C. An alternative to litigation, mediation offers individuals and institutions the option to resolve conflict and differences through an open forum of communication where good faith and confidentiality are primary. Mr. Lauritzen and his staff offer expertise in family mediation, internal and executive level corporation disputes, probate mediation, and trust administration mediation.

Mr. Lauritzen is a native of California. He is a resident of Bountiful and is married with seven children.
